Everything is composed of vibrational frequencies, including your physical body. Your physical body is currently transforming into a 4th and 5th dimensional form, resulting in an increase in cellular frequency. As your body anchors more and more Light, it will be less able to digest denser 3rd dimensional foods. (Sorry, Big Mac lovers!).
Following these general guidelines will assist your body to eliminate cellular toxins and increase its cellular frequency:

Locally grown foods. Local foods are not only fresher than shipped, they also ground your body in your local area. Eating foods that are not normally grown in the local area, such as eating tropical fruits in northern latitudes, scatter the body's energies
In season. Foods eaten in season connect you to the natural rhythms of life
Food prepared slowly, with mindfulness and with love feed the body and the soul

Eat food in moderation.
Eat warming foods (more Yang) or cooling foods (more Yin) in the proper balance for your body type
Eat foods that keep the body slightly more alkaline. Our North American "meat and potatoes, and fast-food" diet is very acid-forming (disease producing). To maintain a proper acid-alkaline balance: for every serving of acidifying food, eat 2-3 portions of alkalizing foods.
Be calm and fully present while eating. Resolve family problems and save the earth at another time
Bless the food and all who made it possible for your nourishment and pleasure. This simple habit not only revitalizes the food, but also cultivates an attitude of gratitude. Be aware that no amount of blessing will bring a vibrationally "dead" food back to life! This includes all junk food, soft drinks, processed foods, food cooked in a microwave oven, irradiated food, genetically modified food, and hydrogenated food, such as margarine
Chew each mouthful well. Chew until the food is a "slurry" in your mouth. This activates digestive enzymes in the mouth and stomach that turns the food into energy, not undigested sludge!
Drink pure water. Pure water is the fluid of life. You can't live without it. Pure water is nature's solvent. It cleanses the body of impurities. Add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to your first glass of water in the morning to cleanse and alkalize your body. Always drink water at room temperature. Drink water between meals, 6 to 8 glasses daily. Other beverages don't count. Purified water is preferable to tap water. However, even the best purified water can still carry the low vibrational frequencies of poisons and toxins. Blessing and recharging water before you drink it will not only clear negative frequencies, but also recharge it with its original healing and transformational frequencies.
Exercise. Regular exercise strengthens your muscles, activates the lymphatic system and oxygenates your cells

Cooked in a microwave oven. Microwave cooking alters the molecular structure of the food and destroys the enzymes the body requires for digestion.
Refined (white flour, white rice, all grains that have the germ and the bran removed). Refined foods contain no enzymes for digestion and no vitality
Processed (all junk food; most snack foods). Processed foods are dead foods. They contain no enzymes, no vitality, and are often high in salt, sugar, carbohydrates, additives and preservatives, and harmful trans fats.
High glycemic. These sugary, starchy foods affect blood sugar levels and weight management. Certain body types are extremely sugar and carbohydrate sensitive
Acid producing.
Hydrogenated (margarine; vegetable shortening, lard). Hydrogenated foods often contain the residue of metallic elements used in processing, such as nickel. Hydrogenation also turns the fats to harmful trans fats.
Containing additives (chemicals and hormones), preservatives or color dyes
Artificial sweeteners—all of them
Coffee whiteners
Canned. The heat of canning kills the enzymes needed to digest the food

Eating more than the body can digest at a meal—guaranteed to become cellular sludge! Each protein, carbohydrate, vegetable or fruit portion should fit in the palm of one hand. Avoid second helpings and first helpings that are piled as high as Mt. Everest on your plate.
Drinking with meals dilutes digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid in the stomach
Bolting food down. Food chewed until it is a "slurry" activates digestive enzymes in the mouth and stomach that turns the food into energy, not undigested sludge! Most people bolt food, not because they are late for a date, but because chewing long enough interferes with their sparkling conversation!
Being distracted. Focus on what you are eating and being fully present in your body. Reading; watching tv; thinking about other things; talking too much all contribute to sluggish digestion.
Eating while feeling tense or emotionally upset—very acid forming.
